to whom it may concern,
I, Frances Elizabeth Glass, have been doing a lot of thinking and it has come to my attention that life sucks. Maybe, its just me because my name is Frances. What where my parents thinking?Maybe they where drunk but I have tons sisters, Augusta, Reagan, Harper, and I'm the one stuck with Frances? But that can't be it, because no one really calls me that, i go by Friday. Yes the day in the week. Like T.G.I.F. yup. But still that can't be it, no its a lot bigger. I think life sucks because for all my life i've been labeled. NERD.
You know the title, it goes with daddy's girl, teachers pet, band geek, choir liar , orch dork, bookworm, and so many other things. Well my bad for listening to my parents, going to church and doing my homework. But i wont stop watching lifetime original movies with ben and jerry's, or stop flossing my teeth everyday just because of what you think. I know i know, that someday you'll be working for me, but theres a problem in that. I can't wait that long. I'm taking over now.
So be ready you Scene Queens and Emo Kings, the Nerds are taking over. And you bubble headed bleach blonds and hottie with a body jocks, you better watch out too, cause we are done doing you homework and being kicked around. And if you have a problem with that i have one word for you DEAL.

Colquitt, Georgia to be exact. filled with country Gentleman and Southern Bells this place is the place to be in the south. Founded a long long time ago Common last names from before the Civil War still run threw the town. Lewis Glass for example, some famous plantation owner, has great-great [etc]grand children that still live here. [ not that plantations are cool, and they are no longer here in Colquitt, nor does the family support anything racist because we are all the same and its only your attitude the sets you apart ] eh-hem. There are other families like the McKinneys and the new Cales and Demonts.
There are some secrets in Colquitt. The fact that there have been many "accidents" Like the murder at Iris McKinney park, which is debatable to be a murder or not. And the whole fact that the Youth isn't all happy go lucky kids their parents pretended to be. Even the teacher pets have something to say now a days. What happened? Whats happening? Whats going to happen?
What did you expect life to be in a little bubble? People here are in pain and suffering, some more then others but its still there. Just put on a happy face and go on with life seems to be the motto to this little high strung town.

DEAR PARENTS/ GUARDIANS
Your son/daughter has fit the requirements to start attending Mayhaw Academy. We have a great Academic and Athletic department for your child to grow. Also because our Arts departments has been lacking we have hired a new Band Director. So overall the school is very well rounded. There are tons of after school group so there should be no worry about your child fitting in, the student hear are very open and welcoming.
Mayhaw Academy is the oldest school in Colquitt and used to be an All Boys school. This has changed and all students no matter gender is welcomed. Another Fact is that Mayhaw Academy was named after the parade that we celebrate every year for the best jelly in the world. [ You think i'm kidding go look it up ]
